LA! I love all the different breakfast places & the Mexican influences. There are so many great Mexican restaurants where you can have dinner in Santa Monica. Oscar's is one of my favourites!! Try the shrimp & fish tacos.
Greece! Without a doubt, hopping from one Greek island to another is just heaven. I just went to Hydra for the first time, which is about 1.5 hours from Athens by boat. This island has no cars or scooters, just horse & carriage, & it's where all the artists go. Great food, little boutiques, fun hiking paths & beach clubs. All very small, not too touristy & it still feels untouched.
New York City, which kinda feels like a second home! I love staying at PUBLIC hotel, jumping on a bike to Brooklyn, lying on the rooftop at DUMBO House & having an amazing seafood lunch at Chelsea Marketin Meatpacking!
I would say Juice Brothers, Stach, The Cold Pressed Juicery & also the raw balls from KoffieSpot on the Elandsgracht. Another great breakfast place is Coffee Room on the Kinkerstraat, & PeperWortel has a surprisingly good breakfast too.
George WPA, the rooftop at Soho House, Greenwoods Singel, Morgan & Mees & so many more...
The best dim sum ever is DimSumOne on the Overtoom! It is super cheap, non-stylish & delicious :). It's a place where you go if you wanna have an easy 30-60 minutes meal & get outta there. Believe me, it's worth it!
Divino is pretty good; they have really nice Italian homemade food & it differs from day to day.
Café Panache makes delicious Pornstar Martinis & Pisco Sours! Coincidentally my two favourite cocktails. It does get very busy though, & the staff isn't the friendliest.
Brooklyn, Five Leaves, by bike :). Also Côte d'Azur. Antibes & then the beach at Cesars. It's so romantic, chic & beautiful there. Love that coast!
Ibiza! I would actually really like to go back to Ibiza for a 'chill' holiday one day because I have never been to Formentera (I've always been too hungover to grab a boat in the mornings). Ibiza is just a great place to rent a big house in the hills with a pool, BBQ, go partying, drive out to small beaches every day & have a nice paella or fresh grilled fish lunch. It is starting to get pretty busy there, so I would recommend going off season. September is best with the closing parties, & the seawater is nice and warmed up from the whole summer.
Tomato Sambal from the Toko or hoisin sauce! I basically add hoisin sauce to every single salad, grilled fish, chicken or anything else.

Verse Concept Store.
From the Vondelpark to Amstel then to Oudekerk and back:)! Or from West to Westerpark, and then I'll grab a coffee on the way back! If you really want to go crazy, run all the way from the centre to Oudekerk aan de Amstel (10 km) & then have lunch at Loetje Oudeker on the water & run back (or grab an Uber).
VondelGym to go boxing, Venice Beach for a run, Cannes for a swim & the Brooklyn Bridge for a bike ride.
destination for a campaign shoot
I would go for Marrakesh! We usually use different riads & combine this with a desert shoot. The cool thing is that there are so many hidden gems, nice tilework, beautiful colours & amazing light there!
Hmmm... even though I travel a lot, I'm not a big fan of flying. I usually go for KLM, but I do prefer Emirates.
