This enviable Dutchie is as memorable for her platinum blonde locks as for her quick wit & intelligent mind. After three years living it up in New York & tackling the marketing for Suit Supply, she's finally back with the gloobles family in Amsterdam, honing her creative beauty platform Cou Cou Club. Her style is unparalleled (just wait until you see her outfits for Coachella), so you know you can trust her to have the down low on the chicest places around.

prepare for a trip
I like to know where I'm going AND what's best while I'm there, so I make Excel sheets. No joke. I categorise them by area, type of spot and which day is the best to visit. I mostly do my research online and if applicable, I check the app Infatuation for restaurants. At least I come prepared!
The ready-to-wear sale section at Bergdorf Goodman - they have it all. From Ganni & Isabel Marant to Helmut Lang & Alice & Olivia. For the best business apparel, I like Theory and Suistudio. Luluemon is best for workout clothes and I like WolfWare & The Apartment by the Line for boutiques. When I'm looking for summer stuff, I usually check out Abbot Kinney in LA & Revolve.
Soho House New York in New York and Hoppe in Amsterdam. I somehow always end up there...
I am not really fond of blind dates; just the thought gives me a panic attack. Yet, I think Cafe Select in New York is a good call or Pasquale Jones. In Amsterdam, anywhere close to my home in case I want or need to escape.
place to go with friends
I really liked La Parada in Cape Town, & Catch in New York never disappoints. For live salsa music, Miss Favela in New York is perfect in the summer.
I love Amazonico in Madrid, Loulou's in London (though unfortunately I'm not a member haha) and Carbone in New York.
restaurant in Amsterdam
My favourites are Lixirskin Vitamin C Morning Mask, Coucou Rose Quartz Roller, Summer Fridays Jetlag Mask, Magicstripes Hyaluronic INtensive Treatment Mask, Diorshow Iconic Mascara & MAC lipstick.
Soho House Amsterdam screenings and my dream wish list cinema would be the ones in Indonesia. You get an entire bed to yourself!
place to live
Madrid. I like the restaurants and everything is so chill, as nothing ever closes.
place to unwind
I was born in a village close to the shore, so I like beach walks.
I try but constantly fail to travel light. For weekends, I take my Rimowa carry-on & a suit bag where I sneak in way too much stuff.
I always wear the same thing: jeans, booties & an oversized blazer. I always bring a big sweater with me as well.
Hand sanitiser & moisturiser, face moisturiser (!), melatonin for long flights, noise cancelling headphones & a big scarf. & an iPhone full of downloaded Netflix series & documentaries to kill time.
Bologna for a skincare conference.
travel bucket list
There's this hotel in Utah called Amangiri that I'm dying to discover, but that's for a later stage in life haha. Lapland & Australia are also on the list.
